Who is Mr. Brooks

Summary: Mr.Brooks is about a successful business man that has an alter ego or a "split personality"that commit murder. Mr.Brooks has a normal lifestyle, he has a wife and a daughter. He have a " perfect" lifestyle nothing could possible go wrong. Mr.Brooks suffer for a split personality that drives him to kill innocent people for no apparent reason. He would go out and take picture and stalk his victims before he would kill them. No one ever suspected Mr.Brooks as a serial killer.
Relation to Psychology: Mr.Brooks can be place in with psychological disorder in chapter 12. Mr.Brooks have a personality disorder that causes him to be obsess with killing people. Another form of this disorder can be called undifferentiated schizophrenia.
Schizophrenia effects a persons ability perception, solving problems, attention, emotions,and other daily functions.

I have not seen this movie before and I find it interesting as to how different the two personalities of Mr. Brooks are. Not only did he kill, but he also planned and stalked the person he was going to kill. Watching this movie can make people more aware of how dangerous, serious, and terrifying disorders like split-personality are. It is great that there are movies to make people more aware of the disorders.
