Summary: According to the article "Magnify Your Brain Power", researcher from Harvard University, Dartmouth College,and the University of Aberden in Scotland gathered a study on how to stay focus. Researcher found that minds tend to wonder when the brain is resting or preforming a task that is not desirable. Researchers felt that it was necessary to give some tips on how to magnify the brain and regain focus. They gave three tips to regain focus: 1st organize, 2nd eliminate distraction, 3rd relocate in a different area.

This chapter was chosen because of the articles brief discussion on focusing, day dreaming and attention span. This chapter gives meaning to why people have issues with the attention and direct attention. Attention has the meaning to process the direct focus in what tasks need to be preform and the perception, and mental experience.
